Quiet Waters Ranch

At the heart of WQW’s programs is Quiet Waters Ranch, where all of our outdoor experiences begin. Here, Warriors find themselves in a peaceful environment, surrounded by loving volunteers in a setting far removed from hospitals, doctors, and the rigors of combat. Quiet Waters Ranch is ADA-accessible and creates a safe space for participants to come back to at the end of each day.

What to Expect at QWR

Our main lodge, named Barnard Lodge, and surrounding property provide everything Warriors and their loved ones need to reduce stress and create space for reflection.

Participant Privacy

Each participant has their own private bedroom with a private bathroom. Five of Barnard Lodge’s eight bathrooms are fully ADA-accessible.

Recreation & Relaxation

Quiet Waters Ranch hosts multiple opportunities for recreation and relaxation including an indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor firepit, and many private spaces for reflection or taking in the scenery.
