U.S. Air Force

Aaron was born in Brockton, MA and graduated from Hanover High School in 1991. After high school, he worked in his family’s construction company. Wanting to do more, he entered the Air Force in 1993. In 1995, he completed the Combat Control pipeline. During his 26-years of service, he conducted multiple combat deployments to Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Eastern Africa.

In 2020, Aaron retired from the Air Force at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and moved to Springboro, OH. Currently, he works for T3i and is an Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) Field Developer where he prepares Air Force delayed enlistment personnel for the rigors of the AFSPECWAR selection. Aaron is also a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. He spends a lot of time training local youth athletes and passionately coaches his daughter Cadence’s youth lacrosse team.

Aaron has a deep passion for the outdoors. In the past, he was an avid mountaineer, climbing mountains in the Northwest Cascades, Alaska, Ecuador, and Argentina. In 2018, after successfully climbing Aconcagua, he remembers walking down and saying to himself, “I’m done with this.” At that point, he turned his attention to fly fishing. Each year, he eagerly waits for the Ohio steelhead.
