Originally from Chalmette, Louisiana, Billy graduated from Holy Cross High School, New Orleans, LA, and Louisiana Tech University, Ruston, LA. While attending Holy Cross, Billy participated on the wrestling team and lettered all four years in swimming and served as team captain from Sophomore year to Senior. Billy was also on the varsity soccer team for two years, and he served as the school mascot in his senior year. While attending Louisiana Tech, Billy served as Rugby Team President and Vice President, winning the Deep South Championship while President.

After completing college, Billy was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps, where he was trained as a Combat Engineer Officer. He served as a platoon commander in 2nd Marine Division, 2nd Combat Engineer Batallion. His platoon was instrumental in re-establishing the embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. During Operation Iraqi Freedom 1, 1stLt Clement served as a Current Operations Watch Officer for 2nd Marine Regiment, Task Force Tarawa during the initial invasion into Iraq in March of 2003.

Billy has 2 beautiful daughters and currently resides in Bozeman, MT. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, volunteerism, cooking, rugby, BJJ, weightlifting, as well as watching UFC.
