This year’s Warrior Taste Fest again promises an exciting live auction featuring unique items and experiences that are certain to grab your attention and desire. From quick-finish art to one-of-a-kind experiences, we have something for everyone.

To amplify this year’s auction, we are thrilled to work with Troy Black!

Troy Black owns and operates Black and Associates Auctioneers Inc., headquartered in Hayden, Idaho. Troy sold his very first auction in 1989 at the age of 17. As a young man Troy served a two-year church mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Orange County, CA, where he spoke Spanish. He then attended Ricks College, earning his degree in business with a minor in Spanish. Black furthered his education by graduating from the Missouri Auction School in 1996. In this same year, he participated in his first art auction, and he knew he found his passion and niche in the industry. Troy was professionally trained in the art auction business by the great art auctioneer Peter Stremmell.

Troy married the love of his life, Kristina, in 1995 and raised four children together. Weston, Wyatt, Hailey, and Hannah. Weston and Wyatt assist in the auction business as professional bid spotters.

If you have ever met Troy, you can feel his love for life and his enthusiastic attitude, which is very contagious. We are so excited for Troy to bring his knowledge and enthusiasm to the stage on September 6th at the sixth annual Warrior Taste Fest.
