Charley Snell

Charley Snell is the CEO and Commercial Director of James Finlay Limited, Americas. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. After serving in the United States Navy, Charley began his career with Nestle before he started his own organic beverage venture that eventually led to his current role. Charley also serves in the Selective Service System and Catholic Relief Services, with prior positions in the Boy Scouts of America and the Archdiocese of Chicago. He has a passion for coffee, tea, fly-fishing, hiking and helping his fellow veterans. Charley resides in Winnetka, Illinois.
