Vice President, Culture & Community, Simms Fishing Products. Diane has been with SIMMS for over 30 years, and previously worked with the former parent company, Life-Link International. Diane’s current role is a combination of helping Simms achieve even greater success by implementing broader employee professional development plans and helping Simms employees grow personally and professionally. In addition, a key aspect of this role is to identify and execute key conservation and community initiatives (local, state and national) and find opportunities to promote and support SIMMS’ employee involvement within the community.
Diane is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Casting for Recovery, and serves on the Board for the Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation, the American Sportfishing Association, and the Vista Outdoor Foundation. Her past board service includes the Vice Chair role for Warriors and Quiet Waters Foundation Board of Directors, on the board of American Fly Fishing Trade Association (AFFTA) and the International Women Fly Fishers. Along with her board roles, Diane is also a program volunteer for the WQW FX program and Casting for Recovery retreats. In 2021, Diane received the Lefty Kreh Industry Leadership Award from the American Fly Fishing Trade Association.
Diane is an avid angler who enjoys any fishing adventure - especially those that require traveling to remote locations.
