Over the course of his 33-year career, Mark gained extensive global leadership experience, leading multinational, and intergovernmental teams. As a career Green Beret, Mark has served at every echelon of Special Operations Forces, leading our nation’s very best. Mark served throughout the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa. He has had the opportunity to lead strategic planning and operations working with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, the United Nations, the European Union, the Department of State, and the United States Agency for International Development. Mark’s last assignment in the United States Army was serving as the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority. A prominent career highlight for Mark is fostering individual growth of his subordinates. Specifically, providing opportunities for inclusion and empowerment of women within his organizations.

After transitioning from military service, Mark and his family returned to his home state of Colorado. He is the Owner and Principal of Indelible Alliance LLC, providing expert assessments and mentorship to corporate and government sector leaders and C-Suite principals. Mark serves as an Advisory Board Member with Scale Facilitation Partners Global, and Adjunct with the RAND Corporation and as a Defense Consultant with Multiple Aerospace and Defense Firms. In addition to his service as a volunteer and a board member with Warriors and Quiet Waters, Mark serves as a Spokesperson for the Special Operators Transition Foundation.
