Michael grew up in Bozeman where he spent his time fishing, backpacking, hunting, skiing, and golfing. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State in 2018. Before moving back to Bozeman, he spent time in Nashville and Denver working for Schneider Electric in medium and low-volt power distribution. He now works as a project manager at Martel Construction.

Michael grew up fly fishing the various rivers and high mountain lakes that surround Bozeman with his dad and grandfather, a Marine Corps veteran. He is excited to use his knowledge of the area to give back to combat veterans who are looking to find community and solace in the outdoors.
