Patrick McCauley

CSM (Ret) Patrick McCauley is an Army Special Operations veteran who distinguished himself leading some of this nation’s most elite military organizations in diverse and challenging combat environments. Patrick’s advice and strategic vision have been relied upon by senior leaders in the Department of Defense and across top-level agencies. Having served at virtually every level of leadership in the Special Operations enterprise, Patrick culminated his career as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader for the 75,000 personnel of the United States Special Operations Command.

Over the course of his career, Patrick served multiple tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, and across the African Continent. After transitioning from the military, Patrick and his wife, Starla, moved to Kalispell, MT, where he serves as the founder and president of Decisive Advantage LLC, providing leadership consulting and expertise to businesses across the spectrum. Additionally, Patrick is a Director for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, the Joint Service Special Operations Fund, and a senior mentor for the Joint Special Operations University.
