SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
In addition to what’s outlined above, all levels will receive:
- Your logo will be in the event slideshow, the giving platform, and on the event t-shirt (must reserve by July 15)
- Additional tickets may be purchased
- Invitation to Private Luncheon at Quiet Waters Ranch on Friday, September 8th

Early Access Sponsor $10,000
- 4 early access tickets
- Special entrance signage
- Logo on exclusive early access entrance as well as main entrance
- Business name or logo on limited edition hats provided only to early access attendees
Lawn Area Sponsor $7,500
- Exclusive signage outside in the lawn area where food trucks will be serving.
Entrance Sponsor $7,500
- Logo on sign at main entrance and registration that will welcome guests to the event.
Silent Auction Area Sponsor $7,500
- Logo on digital and print signage promoting the exciting silent auction items.
Cash Call Match Sponsor - Any amount $5,000 and up
- Double your impact with a matching gift. Great advertising opportunity as the Cash Call is promoted prior to and throughout the event.
