Casey Giles is originally from Salem, Massachusetts. After high school, she moved to Cedar City, Utah, to attend Southern Utah University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in communications and her master’s degree in public administration. After graduating from Southern Utah University with her master’s degree, she took a job at Southern Utah University working for an Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in Southern Utah, where she worked to help students get into graduate healthcare programs. Casey first found her desire to help veterans while working on a Veterans Healthcare Needs Assessment for the state of Utah. Casey’s husband served in the United States Marine Corps, which is another reason why helping veterans is so important to her. Casey started as the Volunteer Lead with WQW in 2021 and now works as the Alumni Engagement Manager. In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, hiking with her husband, and taking her dogs swimming in beautiful Bozeman.
