Chip is originally from Jamestown, North Carolina. He retired from the Marines in 2014 after a 25-year career as a Reconnaissance Marine. He subsequently worked as an operational advisor to military units, continuing to deploy to Afghanistan, Iraq, and East Africa in the process. It was during this assignment that Chip developed a passion for helping veterans to discover their purpose and to thrive beyond their service to our nation.

Chip is proud to be on the WQW team, but he calls being husband, father, and grandfather “the best job I ever had.”Back to Team
