Chief Program Officer
MGySgt, USMC (Ret)
"Our future plans to meet the needs of Warriors and their loved ones."
Chip is originally from Jamestown, North Carolina. He retired from the Marines in 2014 after a 25-year career as a Reconnaissance Marine. He subsequently worked as an operational advisor to military units, continuing to deploy to Afghanistan, Iraq, and East Africa in the process. It was during this assignment that Chip developed a passion for helping veterans to discover their purpose and to thrive beyond their service to our nation.
Chip holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He also has credentials in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
Chip is proud to be on the WQW team, but he calls being husband, father, and grandfather “the best job I ever had.”
