"Our future plans to meet the needs of Warriors and their loved ones."
Originally from Belgrade, Montana, Larry is a retired Command Sergeant Major after a 30-year career in the Army. During his time in the Army, his career spanned service on Active Duty and in the National Guard, including three deployments to the Middle East in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom, and Inherent Resolve, as well as numerous domestic civil response activations in the United States. His experience in Communications and leadership in the Army led him to a fulfilling civilian career in telecommunications, culminating as an Operations Manager in Montana for a leading wireless communications company.
Larry’s greatest accomplishment in the Army was leading and mentoring soldiers, which led him to be a long-time volunteer at Warriors & Quiet Waters and an Alumnus of its programs, including the inaugural Hunt For Purpose. He considers his position to serve veterans here at WQW his “Second Service” and has a deep desire to give back to those who served our Nation. Larry and his wonderful wife Amy share a passion for the outdoors, hunting, and self-improvement with their growing family.
This position was generously funded by the M.J. Murdock Trust.
