Warrior Taste Fest
Warrior Taste Fest is our largest fundraising event each year! It’s a fun experience that is happening on Friday, September 6th, at The Commons at Baxter and Love. Attendees at the event get to enjoy food, beer, and cocktail samplers from local Montana vendors. Along with food and drink, there is a large auction with some awesome prizes!
With such a big event, we need a lot of volunteers!
Below are the Warrior Taste Fest volunteer positions available.
Registration
Time Commitment:
2 half days
Check in guests at the Registration area, volunteers will be given an iPad to check folks in and will also be responsible for selling tickets to unregistered people...
Auction
Time Commitment:
Evening
From live auction assistants, bid spotters and bid recorders the Warrior Taste Fest needs quality volunteers for the auction that takes place....
Parking Attendant
Time Commitment:
Half Day
Help to direct people for the event on where to park, this person will be standing outside directing traffic....
Event Set Up
Time Commitment:
Half Day
Responsible for helping to finalize all last-minute details before the event, responsible for helping all food & drink vendors set up....
Event Clean Up
Time Commitment:
Evening
Taking out trash, cleaning off tables, breaking down tables & chairs, sweeping the pavilion & helping with over all clean-up of the event....
Merchandise
Help sell WQW Merchandise. Must be able to use iPad. Stevie will train on Merch Sales and then switch to a floating position. A staff from WQW will...
