Introducing Our Director of Program Operations, Jesse LeNeve

It is with great pleasure that we announce the well-deserved promotion of Jesse LeNeve to the position of Director of Program Operations. After years of supporting the Warriors & Quiet Waters (WQW) mission, Jesse has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills, leadership, and commitment to WQW.

Jesse has been a part of the Warriors & Quiet Waters family since 2008 and will continue to shape and cultivate the culture here.

“It is with a deep sense of honor and humility that I embrace the opportunity to lead Warriors & Quiet Waters as the new Director of Program Operations,” said Jesse. “I started at WQW in 2008 as a volunteer fly fishing guide. Over the years, I transitioned into a full-time staff role as the Fishing Operations Manager and then earned a promotion as the Senior Program Operations Manager. Throughout my tenure, I have played an integral role in shaping and nurturing the current programs here at WQW. This extensive experience has instilled in me a profound enthusiasm for collaborating with the exceptional team here, an unwavering commitment to our future Built for More programming, and a desire to continue building lasting relationships with Warriors and their loved ones.”
