WQW Announces the Formation of Alumni Engagement Programming

For the first time, WQW has created a formal Alumni Engagement Program to provide essential, long-term support to Warrior alumni and their loved ones.

• This program has established an Alumni Council for the purpose of providing strategic advice on programming, alumni communications, and trends in the veterans and veterans service organization landscape.
• An Alumni Ambassador Program to empower alumni to share their stories and raise awareness of and support for WQW’s mission across the United States has been established.
• A continuing education program will ensure consistent opportunities for continuing education and inspiration.
• The development of Regional Cohorts and Regional Events will ensure alumni have opportunities to engage with peers within their communities, outside of Montana Fishing Experiences.

The Alumni Engagement Program is led by Casey Giles, formerly the Volunteer Lead, who stepped into her new position as Alumni Engagement Manager in January 2023.
