2021 Annual Report Released

WQW's 2021 Annual Report is Published

Warriors & Quiet Waters (WQW) is exceptionally proud of the increased impact on the lives of post-9/11 combat veterans and their loved ones we achieved and the progress we made in charting a long-term path to an even greater impact on those we serve. We're honored to be able to share all our successes from 2021 with you.

Our most notable features from this year's Annual Report include:

  • How we've been evaluating our impact
In partnership with Syracuse University's Institute for Veterans and Military Families, we received a 90% response rate from participants on their post-program surveys. Results will be out this summer, and our Annual Report discusses our initial findings. (Page 2)

  • Program transformation underway
Brian Gilman, CEO, announces WQW's long-term commitment to increase our impact on post-9/11 combat veterans and their families. (Page 2)

  • Our growing program numbers
In 2021, we served more Warriors and their loved ones than ever before. See page 4 for our program numbers.
  • 2021 financials
Understand how your donor dollars are part of our core mission support on pages 6-7.
  • Warrior stories
Three Warriors share how they were impacted by WQW in 2021, including how one Warrior found their purpose in civilian life after coming through our program. (Pages 10-11)
