In 2007, when Warriors & Quiet Waters (WQW) was founded, our mission was to provide therapeutic recreation and rehabilitation to wounded servicemen and women through the medium of fly fishing in beautiful, serene southwest Montana.

In 1993 I left Montana to join the Marine Corps and spent the next 27 years living all over America and overseas.

If you’ve been following our organization for the last year, you’ve seen Warriors & Quiet Waters has been striving to do more for more – all to increase our impact on participants and their loved ones.

After my transition out of the Army this program filled a void.
